Disappointing

I was disappointed with this purchase. I had thought I’d be buying the plant that was photographed and shown online but when I picked the plant up, there was a quarter of the pot that was empty (clearly parts of the plant had been cut away) but the plant in the photo looked full and healthy. I really should have returned the plant at the time of pick up but didn’t realize how different it looked until I got home.

Hi Jess! We're sorry to hear about your experience with the Snake Plant you bought from us. Often times the photo is just a representation of the type of plant you will receive, not the exact one. We completely understand your frustration due to the fact that the plant you picked up didn't look anything like the one in the photo. It's something we are consistently working on to update the photos for the newest crop of plants and we missed the mark on that one.
